Yes, you can! If you have placed an order already, just place another and we will ship both to the same delivery address. We will refund you any extra postage you have paid on the checkout page.

Yes! All our transactions are made with trustable security at the SumUp website payment gateway. If you would like to make a direct bank transfer, just contact us and we will send you the essential information.

Can I buy it online and pick it up later?

Yes! You can pick up your item directly from us at the markets. At checkout, there is a box "send message to merchant" Let us know what day and market you will be picking up your item.

How long will it take to get my order?

Usually 3 to 5 days! Generally, we post the next day. It can take a bit longer if it is a record artwork. All our post is first-class signed for.

Be patient! The Royal Mail can delay delivery. If the item needs to be posted outside the UK, we usually use Parcel Force and it can take longer for your item to arrive. The tracking number will be provided.

How do you pack the orders?

Generally, we are very careful with packaging. Records will be packed with stiffeners and in a professional record box. Vinyl will be in their paper sleeve outside of the cover to avoid damage to the spine. Record artworks are framed with a glass front, so we are very careful and make sure the artwork will arrive without damage.

Yes! The Festival Trade stall has a stock of records and CDs for the markets and a different stock online. Both market and online shops have different stock coming in every week. If you are looking for something in particular, feel free to contact us.

We have many music genres available but our main focus on records is Rock / Indie/ Electronic / Punk/ Hip-Hop/Jazz / Blues / Old times / Metal and Various Artists. We stock many collectable vinyl and limited editions. On CD, we have many other genres available too.

Do you buy used records/vinyl collections / CDs?

Yes! You can bring your collection to us at one of our permanent markets or contact us and we will come and visit you. (Sell your record collection)

Why can't I buy more than one copy of some items?

We do not stock quantities of the same record or CD but if it is not in stock, we can always order for you.

Why do the used records have a black frame around them?

As they are used records, we want our customers to see the cover conditions.

Can you commission a bespoke vinyl art portrait?

Yes! We can create a portrait out of a photo you have or any other image.

How long will it take to create bespoke artwork?

Accepted Answer

It takes between one and two weeks! This is because the image will need to be hand-drawn and all the shadows need to be connected before we can start to cut the image to frame.

What prices do you have for personal bespoke work?

Accepted Answer

The first personal bespoke portrait is £100 and will be exclusive and unique for you only. Any other reproductions after the first one will be at the price of £55.

For example, if you only order a portrait of a family member portrait or your band, the first and only work will be £100. After that, if you order 3 or 4 of the same the price will come down to £55.

If the commission is for a known artist not on our catalogue, there will be an extra charge of £10 for the image set-up over the requester.

Why do you have different prices for bespoke artwork?

A personal photo portrait or family photo will be a one-off and we will not reproduce it again unless you request it. if it is an artist or band portrait not in stock, we will reproduce more to sell later on our website and in markets!

Do you post artwork and records to Europe and other parts of the world?

Yes, we do! All our products are well packaged and boxed.

I did buy a records Work but the person dont ;like. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have 14 days to return. You will have to pay the return postage. Your money will be sent as soon as we get the artwork back.

NOTE: These works are hand-made individually and take from 3 to 4 hours from start to finish.
