Astralasia – The Politics Of Ecstasy (Original)

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)
The vinyl is very good in general.
A few faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly.
Little light inaudible marks and a little background crackle may occur. The record has been well kept.

About
Astralasia – The Politics Of Ecstasy
The Politics Of Ecstasy is an early and influential album from Astralasia, the pioneering British electronic/ambient project formed in the early 1990s. Known for blending ambient dub, tribal house, trance and psychedelic soundscapes, Astralasia emerged alongside other forward‑thinking UK electronic acts and helped define the electro‑hippie movement.

Their music often weaves deep rhythmic grooves with cosmic textures, creating immersive sonic journeys that appeal to both dancefloor heads and ambient explorers.

The Politics Of Ecstasy was one of their first major releases on Magick Eye Records, capturing their experimental fusion of beats and atmosphere in a way that still resonates with fans of ambient, trance and chill‑out genres.
